Is there a fee to for design work?

We do not charge a design fee on any orders

What decoration methods do you use?

Based on your design and garments, our team will decorate your items using:

1. Screen Printing

2. Embroidery

3. Heat Press

Is there a minimum order size?

No, however you will receive better pricing when ordering 15+ pieces.

How long does it take for items to ship?

Most orders are shipped in about 5-7 business days from the time your order is approved.

Can I return items?

Unfortuantely, because everythign is custom ordered and decorated, we don't allow for returns.

How do I know if my order is done and available?

After your order is decorated, you will receive an email from our team with shipping information.

Depending on the size and weight of the order, there may be a shipping fee.  Please contact us at and we can give you an estimate.

Fundraising FAQ

Is there a shipping fee with online orders?

If the items are being shipped to a customers home, there is a shipping fee.  If the fundraising group elects to ship all the items to the group to hand out in person to each customer, then there is no shipping fee.

Is there a minimum order size?

Online fundraisers must have a minimum of 48 pieces to move to production. Orders will be refunded in full if the total fundraiser is unable to be produced.  Fundraisers with sales of 48-74 pieces will incur a $100.00 production fee.

How many items can our fundraising group choose to sell online?

You can choose up to 4 items to sell for each online fundraising campaign

How much profit do we earn?

We offer a standard $5.00 per item fundriasing profit back to our groups.  However, we work with you on the final retail price of each item to ensure it makes sense for your group and supporters to have a successful fundraiser.

Can additional orders be placed once the store is closed?

No.  Unfortunately once the store closes and we start the decorating process, we are not able to add more items.

Is there a refund policy?

Because the items are custom and deocorated by order, we don't offer refunds.

How long does it take for items to be delivered?

We normally ship orders in 5-7 days once the online sale has ended.  If a fundraiser is run for 10 days, we will normally ship the orders on day 15-17.
